Host a prestigious evening event at the heart of a collection that is the only one of its kind in the world and invite your guests to discover a rare and magnificent collection. You can organise a gastronomic dinner for 50 people or welcome 5000 people in all of the exhibition halls, and even allow them to mingle among the rows of cars in the collection.

The “Motorcar Masterpieces” area : discover the most beautiful cars of the 1930s in a midnight-blue jewel-case, including the two famous “Bugatti Royales”. 
The Monaco Conference Room 
: large bay windows opening out onto the space dedicated to motorcar masterpieces.
The “Motor racing” area
 : this area is one of the most spectacular spaces of the museum: lined up in order of departure, the 84 cars that have charted the history of the race track rev up their engines
The “Motorcar Experience” area: the famous room with the lamp-posts from the Alexandre III bridge in Paris, discover the history of the motorcar from 1878 to the present day.
The Esders Room : a space dedicated to the reconstruction of the famous Esders.

Dinner: from 50 to 4000 people / Cocktail party: from 50 to 5000 people.

The “Motorcar Masterpieces” area : dîner jusqu’à 800 personnes ou cocktail jusqu’à 1200 personnes.
The Monaco Conference Room
 : dinner party up to 250 people or cocktail party up to 300 people.
The “Motor racing” area : projection up to 200 people or cocktail party up to 300 people.
The “Motorcar Experience” area : cocktail or dinner party up to 3000 people.
The Esders Room : cocktail party up to 50 people.
The Column Room : dinner party up to 50 people or cocktail party up to 150 people.

Private opening times

Autumn-winter: from 5 p.m / Spring-summer: from 6 p.m.

Special conditions

The service includes provision of the spaces and:

  • Private car park under surveillance at the entrance of the museum
  • Opening of the museum shop until 8.30 pm (available on request)

An additional charge will be applied for the following items:

  • Caterer who must be select from the list of approved caterers
  • Staffing costs – these may vary according to the number of guests and the hours to be worked (cloakroom attendants, hostesses, etc.)
  • Cleaning (this will be carried out by the caterer or the restaurant)
  • Furniture for numbers above 250 people
  • Guides
  • Setting up of the room (optional)
  • Musical entertainment (optional)
  • Museum admission: € 4,86 / person (all tax included)
