The Cité de l’Automobile is opening its new restaurant: ‘Le Fangio’—in tribute to the famous Argentinian five times winner of the Formula 1 World Championship—is the new ideal place for lovers of Argentinian beef.
Offering a unique dining experience, Le Fangio offers diners a delicious culinary trip to South America, crispy empanadas with fish ceviche and the very best in Argentinian beef: bife de lomo in a chimichurri sauce, picanha, shared plateaus, and so on.
The menu, using fresh and high-quality products, also contains delicious desserts based on the famous dulce de leche. And the selection of wines includes the best Argentinian cuvées.
The restaurant’s decor focuses on Juan Manuel Fangio, as well as a Maserati 250-F, the model driven by the racing driver when he won the 1957 world championships.
Ideally located on the first floor of the Cité de l’Automobile, Le Fangio can be accessed directly from the outside or after the museum visit. With its large windows overlooking the ‘Autodrome’ racing track and a pleasant south-facing terrace, the restaurant is the ideal place for business lunches or lunches with friends and to enjoy Argentinian gourmet cuisine.
